Dr Clunie was calm and patient, explaining his process thoroughly and consistently keeping me in the loop. I trusted his advice and felt safe in his hands after years of health anxiety.

Having been misdiagnosed twice and distraught from months of intense pain I realised how extremely fortunate I am to have been fast-tracked to Dr Clunie’s care. I believed that the illness I had was correctly identified but within 10 minutes of my first consultation with Dr Clunie he explained the reasons why I did not have this illness. Dr Clunie then explained why he was certain that I had an alternative illness which, indeed I do have. Dr Clunie arranged a variety of blood tests and scans to support his diagnosis, he was very thorough. Since my first consultation I have been able to communicate with Dr Clunie and his support staff through My Chart, a superb service which enables patients to access their health records and to communicate with the appropriate medical department. Dr Clunie responds quickly, he kindly investigated one query and sent me a letter with his findings, what an efficient and reliable service. Dr Clunie explained my illness to me in detail, he guided and advised me on aspects which helped to ease the symptoms, I have on-going consultations with him. I am very relieved that I am in such expert hands.

Dr Clunie was very polite & willing to listen to my request. He did not give the impression he was in a hurry & explained my treatment in an understandable way. I had a friend with me who asked questions to & he was very courteous to her when answering them .
